Cecilia, Certified Dental Hygienist
A longtime team member at Frangella Cosmetic & General Dentistry, Cecilia has degrees in dental technology, dental hygiene, and community health education – ideal for her focus on helping patients achieve optimal dental health and beautiful smiles. She also believes that an informed patient is a comfortable patient … and a comfortable patient is a successful patient. When not at the practice, Cecilia and her husband and two daughters like to travel. She also enjoys exploring new recipes … and working out so she can eat those gourmet meals. She also loves to spend time with her parents. Active in our community by supporting small businesses, it’s her dream to travel the world. Cecilia has had cosmetic dentistry, so when you come in, talk to her about it … and try to guess what it was that she has done!
Rosie, Certified Dental Hygienist
Rosie is a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist with a passion for patient care and education. A graduate of Hostos Community College in 2018, Rosie has built a reputation for her outstanding work, consistently earning recognition for her commitment to patient satisfaction and high-quality care. With a keen focus on preventative care, Rosie believes that educating her patients is key to fostering long-term dental health. She finds joy in seeing her patients leave with brighter smiles and a greater understanding of their oral care. To Rosie, patient happiness is her ultimate reward.
Outside of her professional life, Rosie is a warm and approachable individual who thrives on making meaningful connections with those around her. Her cheerful, loving attitude towards her work and her patients makes her a valued member of the team. “A healthy smile is the best kind of happiness!”
Donna, Certified Dental Hygienist
Patient satisfaction is at the top of Donna’s must-have list. Because the mouth-body health connection is so very important, her love of her job comes from her ability to pass the benefits of prevention and screening on to her patients. She also enjoys the tight group of professionals at our practice who are all dedicated to helping you enjoy the best health you can. Married with two boys, Donna’s claim to fame is motherhood and independence. Although she never thought she’d “go to a gym,” Donna loves to weight train and kickbox. She also loves to have fun with family and is involved in Neighborhood Watch.
Paula, Certified Dental Hygienist
Paula’s favorite aspect of working at Frangella Cosmetic & General Dentistry is her ability to help patients and see the ongoing results of a cooperative team effort – her patients’ and hers. Every patient receives specialized customized treatment with the highest standards. When not at the practice, Paula loves to run, work out, spend time with family, and enjoys being amongst people and exploring other cultures. Traveling is definitely in her future.

For over a decade, Gina Leonor has been the heart of Frangella Dental, ensuring that every patient’s experience is smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. As the office manager, she oversees everything from scheduling appointments and handling billing and insurance claims to maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Her keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence keep the office running seamlessly, allowing the dental team to focus on providing top-quality care.
